Boehringer Ingelheim organizes an educational trip to the Azores

The island of São Miguel in the Azores was chosen as the destination for this trip designed to learn about the typical dairy cattle production system of the region, which has 89,000 heads.

Commitment to education

With a program that combined various educational activities, veterinarians were able to visit the Agricultural Association of São Miguel and different dairy farms in the area. Additionally, they had the opportunity to attend the presentation of the “Vacas Felizes” program, learn more in-depth about the Azores’ milk production system, as well as its export model.

This trip to the Azores is part of the commitment to the education of clients and professionals of Boehringer Ingelheim.
